Eli has over 10 years of experience helping people move better as a personal trainer and movement coach — from desk-bound professionals to parents, executives, and former athletes dealing with chronic pain.
After struggling with chronic back pain, burnout and nagging injuries himself, Eli realized that most fitness programs were either too intense or not sustainable. After seeing the same pattern in his clients — pain from sedentary lifestyles and overly aggressive workouts — he developed a more balanced, smarter approach to fitness.
His philosophy is all about quality of movement, consistency, and enjoyment — not punishment.
